MEASURING
If you follow the below instructions your curtains will sit ever so slightly on the floor. To achieve a larger floor puddle please add 1-3cm to your measurement depending on preference. When hanging our curtains in area where dirtiness is likely (ie by a patio door) we recommend subtracting 2 cm to keep the bottom of the curtain slightly off the floor.

#1
WIDTH - if pole or track is fitted
Please use the width of your pole, outside of the brackets, but inside the finials.
Note, our curtain widths are adjustable, to a degree, so absolute accuracy is not essential.
#2
DROP - if pole or track is fitted
Poles - measure from the bottom of the ring to the floor
Tracks - measure from the bottom of the track itself to the floor
Please remember to measure in multiple places, as poles and/or floors are not always perfectly level.
Use the average measurement.
#3
MEASURING WITHOUT A POLE OR TRACK FITTED
Whenever possible we recommend having the pole or track fitted before submitting measurements for your curtains. However if time doesn't allow - typically your wall mounted pole/track will be positioned halfway between the window top & ceiling.
Your ring drop will usually be 3cm lower than this for poles, and 1cm for tracks.
We recommend fitting a pole which is 30cm wider than the window, 15cm over reach on each side.
For ceiling mounted tracks, either refer to specs of the track for reference to be exact. Or alternatively the measurement of floor to ceiling, minus 3cm will be suitable in almost all cases.
