Our cafe curtains are hand made to order and are dispatched within a lead time of 4 weeks from purchase.
- For UK order we use either Fedex, DHL, or Royal Mail, depending on your location and the contents of your order, using a next working day delivery service.
- For international orders we use either DHL or Fedex 3-5 day service.
How your items will be received
- Where poles and curtains are ordered together, we always endeavour to send these as one package. Occasionally they will arrive separately, but we will let you know where this is the case.
- You will receive tracking information from us as soon as your package is dispatched.
- We kindly ask that you don't contact us for updates ahead of your stated lead time. Due to the quantity of cafe curtains we process, we aren't able to provide individual updates.
- If you choose to use a third party company to fit your curtains, we would recommend waiting until your curtains/poles arrive and your items are fully checked before booking.
- Typically dispatched within 2 working days where stock is available. Fabric will be supplied on a roll.

Commonroom -
When in stock lead times are detailed below. Lead times are typically 4-6 weeks for production of new stock.
- UK orders - 3-4 working days.
- International - Rolls are sent via FedEx.
Pomily
Printed to order with a lead time of 3-5 weeks.
Inchyra
Printed to order with a lead time of 3-6 weeks.
Teyssier
When in stock, orders are dispatched twice weekly. UK and international orders will be quoted upon purchase.
- Where items are not in stock a lead time of 4-5 week applies. Please get in touch for current stock.
Franquemont
Printed to order with a lead time of 2-4 weeks.
Returns
Orders cannot be be cancelled nor refunded for any fabric that has been cut whether this is for cafe curtains or fabric by the meter.
All items made to order, such as cushions, furniture and lampshades are also not eligable for refund or cancellation.
Goods should be unpacked and inspected immediately upon delivery. If there is a discrepancy or the goods are damaged or faulty in any way you should advise East London Cloth in writing within 3 days of delivery, otherwise no claim can be made. East London Cloth are not responsible for any goods which have been ordered in error.
Occasionally cut fabric may be returned, though subject to a 20% restock fee.
If items have been made in error, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
The client can change their mind within 30 days and receive a refund. These rights, fall under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
All postage and return costs must be covered by the customer.

Sale items are not eligable for refund, but we can offer store credit which can be used against another East London Cloth purchase.
