Working from within our product and fabric ranges, our stylist will help you to finalise fabrics choices, styles, add finishing touches.
ORDER
Once your order is finalised, we'll process this in store, book any relevant measuring and fitting appointments on your behalf and get your order into production.
Frequently Asked Questions
On the day
We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment start time, so that we are able to best utilise your time with us.
- By tube - the nearest underground is Bethnal Green (central line) our nearest overground stations are Cambridge Heath or London Fields. We're a short walk from all three.
- Bus - the nearest bus stops are Mare st/Victoria park and Cambridge Heath. Both are on routes 26, 106, 388, D6, 254 and 55.
- By car - A limited amount of paid parking is available on Vyner Street and the surrounding roads. These can be found close to the junction with Mowlem street (turn left out of Mowlem Street, the spaces are on the left) and also on Cambridge Heath Road, directly opposite the west end of Vyner Street. **
**Please note that Vyner Street is a one way street, access is from Mowlem Street and not from Cambridge Heath Road.
The studio is step free and is accessible to both wheel chair users and wider width buggies through our concertina door. However, we would be grateful if you are able to give us some notice that you require this access, so we're able to open the doors in advance and save time on the day.
Guide dogs are of course welcomed.
We don't allow other pets into the studio, due to the delicate nature of our fabrics and products.
Your appointment
The personal shopping appointment gives you the opportunity to place an order, with the reassurance from a member of the team, that you have a full understanding of the product and all options available to you.
Please note, our team are not able to give advice on styles, products or answer wider design questions on anything beyond the offering found on the East London Cloth website.
If you are unsure if your request fall within our offering, you can drop us a note and one of the team will be able to advise.
We are happy to offer additional hours, these are charged at an hourly fee of £110. Though we are confident that the majority of enquiries can be covered thoroughly within the design appointment.
AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT
Depending on the specifics of your order (wether made to measure or ready to buy), we will either take full payment or a deposit on the day.
Made to measure orders
If we feel you require any further appointments, such as measuring, site surveys or fitting, we will arrange these on your behalf.
Measurements, fabric choice and other options are able to be added to your order at a later date if required.
Once all of the details of your order are finalised, final payment will be taken, your order will go into production and delivered within the agreed lead time.
